Jet van Arkel and Ellen van den Boom are also certified NMI (Netherlands Mediation Institute) mediators and members of the Collaborative Divorce Holland association.
2011 child and partner maintenance indexation percentage
Maintenance payments are being adjusted as from 1 January 2011. The percentage by which maintenance is being increased has been determined at 0.9% by the Dutch Ministry of Justice.
